Horrific customer service. Non delivery, didn’t care not one ounce. Was told 3 times in an hour it was on its way, 3 miles from shop my home is. Shocking and should be seriously ashamed.

Food amazing as always, but just a little tip can you please stop wrapping the toasties in tin foil because it's sweating with the heat and making it soggy 😫 but overall food always on point.

Great food and service. Disappointed with the new munchies app order system, I got the email confirmation 2 hours after ordering and I already finished my meal, there's also no facility to check the order status.

Beautiful melt-in-the-mouth cheeseburger and a nice fresh salad too! My one and only gripe would be that my meal came in a styrofoam container inside a plastic bag. Would really have liked it to have just been paper - I wouldn't mind paying extra in future for more easily-recyclable packaging.

Containers are biodegradable made with coconut oil, have changed bags though. Cost comes into play with a lot of take away shops the packaging has increased so much and we try to keep cost down for customers we have noted this for future

I’m a single mum with two wee ones and we are in Crail and I’m so glad you deliver here now.. I’ve been ill the last few weeks and this place has been a life saver! Food is excellent quality, always fresh and hot and well presented.. tastes even better. The biscoff cheesecake would bring grown men to their knees it’s so damn good! Honestly best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Best take away in East Neuk. They really know their food, couldn’t be better. I could go on all day…. Please never leave!
