Well you can only order 2 different types of juice and 1 is diet iro-bru or orange fanta soo god forbid you actually like either one of them and no this wasn't because short on stock this is 24/7 all they have to offer. Now the munchies box for 1 well the mushrooms was fried to a crip same with the tomatoes and everything else and they say they still use the butchers from Crail but it doesn't taste like its the same and then when you ask for brown sauce they literally give you hp sauce in a container like thanks but seriously just give me the packets of sauce. Munchies has now went down hill with this new take over witch is a shame. oh and the app say £10 minimum should actually say £11 minimum as I have tried to make ot over £10 not including extra fees and it won't let me pay until its actually £11

Horrific customer service. Non delivery, didn’t care not one ounce. Was told 3 times in an hour it was on its way, 3 miles from shop my home is. Shocking and should be seriously ashamed.

Food amazing as always, but just a little tip can you please stop wrapping the toasties in tin foil because it's sweating with the heat and making it soggy 😫 but overall food always on point.

Great food and service. Disappointed with the new munchies app order system, I got the email confirmation 2 hours after ordering and I already finished my meal, there's also no facility to check the order status.

Beautiful melt-in-the-mouth cheeseburger and a nice fresh salad too! My one and only gripe would be that my meal came in a styrofoam container inside a plastic bag. Would really have liked it to have just been paper - I wouldn't mind paying extra in future for more easily-recyclable packaging.

Containers are biodegradable made with coconut oil, have changed bags though. Cost comes into play with a lot of take away shops the packaging has increased so much and we try to keep cost down for customers we have noted this for future
